To return a Rockin' 4 The Homeless product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email our printing partner at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
Rockin' 4 The Homeless sells goods that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. Items to be returned must be in new condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.
What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition and, where possible, in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Due to their nature, digital products, such as downloads, are unfortunately not eligible for return.
Returns for refund: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Returns for exchange or store credit: Must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Shipping charges for products returned: Shipping costs are covered by our return policy in the case of a major fault or defect. Shipping on items with only minor faults or by change of mind is to be paid by the customer and will not be reimbursed.
To return your items:
1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
